Product Return Policies

Change Your Mind? No Problem!

We are happy to offer returns or exchanges for unwanted items. Please ensure the items are in perfect condition with the original packaging and are returned within 30 days of receiving the product, as the tracking number indicates.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our customer service team at Service@nadavart.com to initiate your return and receive the shipping address and instructions.
• Items sent without customer service approval will not be refunded.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

• When returning a product, you are responsible for shipping fees and all other associated costs, including customs payments in Israel or any other country.
• The shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fee:

• Returned products will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Contact customer service for more details.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your product arrives broken or otherwise defective, please contact our customer service team to initiate a replacement.
• We will cover the shipping costs for replacing damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized items, such as name necklaces, engraved items, and Kiddush cups with a sawed and welded name, or any special requested items, cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances.
• Additionally, products that are returned to us damaged due to shipping or faulty packaging by the customer cannot be refunded.
