All our delivery services are provided by DHL, all deliveries will be delivered within 5 business days. Cancellation of the transaction will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, a notice of cancellation will be made in writing. If the customer decides to cancel the product for any reason, Manufacturing defect, the discrepancy between the product ordered and the product supplied, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is cheaper, in addition to the cost of the shipping fee. For deviation due to delivery times, defect in production, or no adjustment, the customer will be reimbursed in full. Please note – it is not possible to return products that have been customized to the customer, such as engraving, soldering, or special production according to the customer’s request. Products can only be returned in their original packaging, and have not been used.
