If the customer decides to cancel the product for any reason, Manufacturing defect, the discrepancy between the product ordered and the product supplied, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is cheaper, in addition to the cost of the shipping fee. For deviation due to delivery times, defect in production, or no adjustment, the customer will be reimbursed in full.
