For deviation due to delivery times, defect in production, or no adjustment, the customer will be reimbursed in full. Please note – it is not possible to return products that have been customized to the customer, such as engraving, soldering, or special production according to the customer’s request. Products can only be returned in their original packaging, and have not been used.
